The short answer
What is the Property Football League?
The Property Football League is a weekly five-a-side football league in London for companies in the property industry, agencies, developers, consultants and property law firms. Secta runs a ten-week managed season with qualified referees, booked pitches and a live table, ending in a finals night.
- Rolling subs, qualified referees
- 5-a-side
- season, plus finals night
- 10 weeks

- 7 to 10
Property is an industry that runs on relationships, and almost all of them are built in meeting rooms, at conferences, or over a long lunch. This is the alternative: ninety minutes on a Tuesday night with the people you spend all week emailing.
The league brings together agents, developers, consultants, surveyors and property lawyers from across London. You enter a team, we build the season, fixtures, pitches, referees, the table, and every Tuesday your squad turns up and plays. That's the whole deal: just turn up and play, we sort the rest.

FAQ
Questions, answered
How do I enter a team into the Property Football League?
Tell us your company name and roughly how many players you can field. We hold your slot while you confirm your squad, then send fixtures, venue details and kit information before the season starts. No payment is taken until your place is confirmed.
What if we can't fill a full squad?
Squads of 7 to 10 work best across a season, but plenty of teams enter with fewer and top up as colleagues join. If you're short, tell us, we regularly help companies fill gaps so nobody is stuck playing every minute of every week.
Do we need experienced players?
No. These are mixed-ability leagues and most teams play for the social side as much as the football. Games are properly refereed so they stay competitive without getting silly.
What happens if we can't make a fixture?
Let us know as early as you can and we'll do what we can to move it. Fixtures are set at the start of the season so you can plan around them, and rolling substitutes mean you can play with a thin squad if a few people drop out.
Can we join once the season has started?
Sometimes. If a slot opens up in the first couple of weeks we can usually fit a team in, though you'll start with games in hand. Otherwise we'll add you to the list for the next season.
Can Secta film our matches?
Yes. Secta produces content as well as running leagues, so we can cover match nights and turn round social edits or a season highlight film. It's a separate service, tell us on your enquiry and we'll quote it alongside your entry.
