What is the Manchester Property League?
A new weekly football league for Manchester's property industry, run by Secta: agents, developers, surveyors, construction consultants and property lawyers. Your firm plays a season of refereed fixtures against the firms you deal with every day, closing with a finals night, and every game is filmed.

Property is a people business, and in Manchester everyone is building, letting, valuing or advising on the same streets. The Manchester Property League puts those firms on one pitch every week, in a setting where job titles stop mattering.
It is modelled on the East London Property League, where firms including JLL, Gardiner & Theobald and Cushman & Wakefield play every Tuesday. The firms that come in now are the founding members in Manchester.

Who can enter the Manchester Property League?
Teams from Manchester property firms: agents, developers, investors, surveyors, construction consultants and property lawyers.
When does the first season start?
It is not scheduled yet. Companies that register now become the founding members and help us pick the night and the venue.
Where will it be played?
Somewhere central that suits the founding teams. We will agree the venue with them before the first season.
Do we need experienced players?
No. These are mixed-ability leagues and most teams play for the social side as much as the football. Every game is refereed so it stays competitive without getting silly.
Is it filmed?
Yes. Games are filmed with highlights and a Player of the Match, so the whole company can follow the team, not just the players.
