Privacy Policy
We collect very little, we do not track you, and we do not sell anything to anyone. This page sets out exactly what happens to the information you send us.

Who we are
This website is operated by Secta Leagues Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12262327, with its registered office at 4 Kiln Drive, Tydd St. Mary, Wisbech, PE13 5RA.
We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. If you have any question about this policy or how we handle your information, send us a message through the form at wearesecta.com/contact, or write to us at the registered office above.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. If you complete an enquiry form on this site, we receive:
- Your name
- Your company
- Your email address
- Your team size, if you give one
- Which of our offers you are interested in
- Anything you write in the message field
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies, and we do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Nothing is stored in your browser to identify or follow you.
Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube. These are click-to-play: nothing loads from YouTube, and Google receives nothing, unless you choose to press play. If you do, YouTube's own privacy policy and cookies apply to that playback.
Why we use your information, and our lawful basis
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to quote for an event, and to keep a record of the conversation if you go on to work with us.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us about our services, and responding to you is what you would reasonably expect. Where we later enter into an agreement with you, we process your information to perform that contract.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from an enquiry form without asking you first.
Who else sees it
We keep the number of third parties as small as we can. The ones involved are:
- Vercel, who host this website and process the request that carries your form submission.
- Our email provider, who delivers enquiry notifications to our inbox and stores the message as email.
- Google, only if you choose to play an embedded YouTube video.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us, and then deleted.
Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and then for six years afterwards, which is the period we are required to keep business and tax records.
Where your information is held
Our hosting and email providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses, which are the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to ask us to restrict how we use it, to object to us using it, and to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, send us a message through the form at wearesecta.com/contact, or write to us at our registered office. We will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Changes to this policy
