The short answer

What is a padel coaching session for a company?

A private padel lesson for your team. A coach teaches the basics on indoor courts, from the grip and the serve to using the walls, then gets everyone playing short games. It suits complete beginners and mixed groups, and works as a team social, an away day activity or a client event. Secta books the courts and the coach.

Padel is played in pairs on a court about a third the size of a tennis court, with walls that keep the ball in play. It is the easiest racket sport to pick up, which is why it works so well for teams.

A coaching session gets everyone to the same starting point. Nobody is left watching, and the people who never play sport often turn out to be the most competitive.
