Team Building in Edinburgh
For Edinburgh's finance, tech and professional firms: company football and padel, if enough of you want it. Register interest below.

The short answer
Is there a company football league in Edinburgh?
Not yet. There is no weekly league where Edinburgh companies play each other, and that is what Secta runs in London. We are gauging Edinburgh now: register interest in friendlies, pitch bookings, leagues, tournaments or padel, and the first firms in become the founding teams.
Edinburgh is the UK's second-largest financial centre after London, strong in investment and insurance, with banks and asset managers clustered around the Exchange District and out at Edinburgh Park and Gogarburn.
Firms that compete for the same clients and the same graduates are exactly who Secta's leagues are built for. Tell us which format your team would play and we count it towards an Edinburgh launch.

Questions
Team Building in Edinburgh: FAQs
Where can Edinburgh companies play 5-a-side after work?
The main options are Powerleague Sighthill (near Edinburgh Park station), Powerleague Portobello, World of Football by Slateford station and the University of Edinburgh's pitches at Peffermill. All take block bookings, so a company can book a regular slot.
Where can we play padel in Edinburgh as a team?
Edinburgh Sports Club in the West End, Game4Padel at Edinburgh Park, Powerleague Sighthill and Portobello, and The Grange in Stockbridge all have courts. For a group, the centres with three or four courts are easiest, because everyone can play at once.
Is there a corporate football league in Edinburgh?
Not a weekly one between companies yet. If enough Edinburgh firms register interest, Secta will launch one, with the founding firms choosing the night and the venue. In the meantime we can set up a friendly against another company or book a pitch for your team.
What happens when we register interest for Edinburgh?
We note your company, the offer and roughly how many players. When Edinburgh has enough interest for a venue, you hear first and help choose the night and the format. Registering commits you to nothing.
Can you run a one-off event for us sooner?
Possibly. Tell us what you have in mind, your numbers and your date, and we will tell you honestly whether we can run it.
