The short answer

How does a corporate padel tournament work?

Companies enter pairs, and everyone plays a round robin on indoor courts before the finals. Secta books the courts, runs the draw and the scoring, and provides rackets and balls. Teams new to padel can start with a coached warm-up. You play other London companies for the day and the best pair takes the trophy.

Padel is quick to learn and very social, which makes a one-day tournament an easy win: competitive enough to matter, short enough for an afternoon, and nobody needs a full squad.

Pairs from different companies meet in a round robin, so you play several teams rather than going out in the first match, before the best pairs reach the finals.
