The short answer

How does a corporate padel league work?

Each company enters a squad of four to six, and plays weekly doubles fixtures against other companies on indoor courts, with a live table and finals at the end of the season. Fixtures take around 90 minutes including warm-up, so they fit after work. Secta books the courts, runs the fixtures and keeps the table.

A padel league is the easiest way to get a company playing every week. Squads are small, fixtures are short, and the table gives everyone a reason to keep turning up.

Like Secta's football leagues, the plan is industry leagues where you play the companies you compete with, starting with whichever sectors register first.
