Tech and AI Friendlies Night
Wednesday 4 November, Aldgate. London tech and AI companies, one 5-a-side match each, under the floodlights. Atlar are the first team in.
The short answer
Is there a football night for London tech companies?
Yes. On Wednesday 4 November 2026 Secta is running a night of friendlies for London tech and AI companies at Aldgate. Each company brings one team and plays one refereed 5-a-side match against another tech firm, with kick-offs from 6:30pm, for £120 per team. Atlar, the AI-native treasury platform, are the first company signed up.

Tech teams spend the week in Slack threads and stand-ups. This is one evening to forget about all of it, play the companies you compete with for talent, and meet people who are not on your Zoom calls.
Atlar played their first friendly with Secta in October, against Greystar, one of the most seasoned sides in the London Property League, and lost by just two goals on debut. Now they want a game against a fellow tech company. If your team has been talking about playing football with your company, this is the easiest way to start: one night, one match, no season to commit to.

“Having to organise events in a big agency is a nightmare. Secta removed these stresses and all we had to do was turn up. Couldn't recommend more.”
